admission/financialaid/resources/announcements/sumapp1.pdfIf you intend to utilize financial aid for the 2025 summer term, submit an Undergraduate Summer Financial Aid Application. Graduate Students should complete a Graduate Summer Financial Aid Application as soon as they know their enrollment plans.
Eligibility for Summer 2025 financial aid is determined using the 2024 - 2025 FAFSA. If you have not filed the 2024 - 2025 FAFSA, please make sure you do so. The last day to file the 2024- 2025 FAFSA will be June 30, 2025.
We encourage you to submit the summer aid application once you register for classes and keep us updated if your enrollment plans change. At a minimum, we strongly encourage you to submit the form no later than 3 weeks before the start of your program.
Students planning to study abroad exclusively don't need to complete this form. The consortium agreement with the Reves Center will be considered in the application for summer aid. All students planning to go abroad must work with the Reves Center, regardless of their intention to apply for/use financial aid.
Students planning to participate exclusively in a W&M DC program do not need to complete this form. The DC program office will provide our team with the necessary information.
